A research project titled “Education, Practice and Employability” has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of Charles Sturt University (approval number 2016/24). This research is exploring the nature of employability in the 21st century as well as educational trends involved in preparing workers for the contemporary workforce. The goal is to understand and enhance the employability of tertiary education graduates entering Australia’s workforce. The research is being conducted by Professor Joy Higgs, Co-Director of The Education For Practice Institute, Charles Sturt University and her colleagues.


The following people are invited to participate in the research professionals, practitioners, students, and educators. You may choose to engage in surveys, interviews, focus groups, think tanks, blog discussions, photo-elicitation, seminars, and conferences.
